This page is a constant work in progress of my favorite foods, product reviews, recipes, etc. Most are healthy, but a few will sneak in every once in awhile that are worth the splurge!
Breakfasts:
- Breakfast Mess: Any flavor Greek Yogurt, Cereal or Granola (my favorites are puffins and muesli), banana sliced, 1 T chia seeds, and 1 spoonful of almond butter or any other nut butter. Mix all of this together for a delicious bowl of breakfast mess!
